직무 설명

 Lead and develop the department team and optimize the department to achieve sales targets and budgets, maximize profitability and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

 ARKET Department Manager는 매출 목표의 달성과 수익 실현을 위해 팀을 이끌고 발전시키며, 매장을 방문한 고객에게 뛰어난 고객 경험을 전달 할 수 있도록 팀을 지원하는 직무입니다.

- Responsible for recruitment, succession planning, training and development of your department team together with Store Experience Manager
- Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales and maintain excellent customer service according to guidelines
- At your department you will be responsible for: securing an efficient flow of goods, implement sales campaigns/activities, follow up on routines for store operations
- Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with visual merchandiser 
- Ongoing identification of opportunities to increase sales and customer service in order to reach sales budget
- Acts as sales advisor when on the floor

- 스토어 매니저와 함께 직원의 채용과 인사 운영 계획, 팀의 발전을 위한 교육 훈련에 책임을 갖습니다.
- 각 디파트의 매출을 올리고, ARKET 가이드에 맞는 뛰어난 고객 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 팀을 돕고, 동기부여를 주며 디파트를 리딩 합니다.
- 매장의 판매 계획을 수행하고, 재고를 적정한 수준으로 관리하며 최적화된 매장의 운영을 책임집니다. 
- 비주얼 머천다이저와 함께 고객에게 영감을 주며, 미적으로 매력적인 매장을 만듭니다.
- 매출 목표를 달성하기 위해 다양한 판매의 기회를 찾습니다. 
- 세일즈 어드바이저로서, 고객에게 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공합니다.
- H&M 그룹의 정책에 따라 고객과 직원이 건강하고 안전한 근무 환경을 만들기 위해 노력합니다. 

Team

•Responsible for recruitment, succession planning, training and development of your department team together with Store Experience Manager

•Organize and plan the department according to overall need in store Responsible for making sure all administrative procedures and routines are followed, i:e; staff planning, security and work environment in your department.

Customer service experience

•Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales and maintain excellent customer service according to guidelines.

•At your department you will be responsible for:

-securing an efficient flow of goods

-optimizing allocation of products

-implement sales campaigns/activities

-follow up on routines for store operations

-adjustments on stock levels

-loss prevention

Profitability

•Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with visual merchandiser

•Ongoing identification of opportunities to increase sales and customer service in order to reach sales budget

•Keep updated on assortment, products and sales activities

•Manage feedback from customers

•Acts as sales advisor when on the floor
 

자격 요건

Experience from working in a high traffic retail environment 
Experience from team management position, not only within retail. 
High level of customer service skills
Fluent in English, both verbally and in written

리테일 업계 근무 경험(2년 이상)
매니지먼트 팀, 매장 관리 업무 경력(1년 이상) 
고객 중심 사고와 뛰어난 고객 서비스에 대한 관심
영어 가능자
경기도 수원시 출/퇴근 가능자
